Description

We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Backend Engineer to join our growing platform engineering team. As part of our global tech organization, you will design, build, and scale backend services powering millions of users worldwide.

Responsibilities:
- Design and develop scalable backend systems using Node.js and TypeScript
- Collaborate cross-functionally with frontend engineers, product managers, and DevOps
- Architect and implement RESTful and GraphQL APIs
- Work with AWS cloud infrastructure (Lambda, S3, RDS, ECS)
- Ensure code reliability through testing and code reviews

Skills:
- Proficient in Node.js and modern JavaScript/TypeScript
- Experience with cloud platforms (especially AWS)
- Good understanding of relational and NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, DynamoDB)
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and Docker

Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)

Must Have Skills:
- Minimum 5 years professional backend development experience
- Deep understanding of RESTful services and API design
- Strong knowledge of software design patterns and system architecture
- Experience working in agile teams
