We are looking for an experienced Blockchain Developer to join our innovative team developing cutting-edge blockchain applications. The candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and supporting blockchain-based software solutions.

Responsibilities:
- Design and develop blockchain smart contracts and decentralized apps
- Write clean and reusable code for blockchain integration
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
- Identify opportunities for blockchain technology improvement
- Perform testing, debugging, and continuous optimization

Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven experience developing blockchain-based solutions
- Expertise in Solidity, Ethereum, and smart contract development
- Understanding of blockchain architecture and consensus algorithms
- Familiarity with Web3.js, Metamask, and blockchain wallets
- Strong programming skills in at least one language such as Python, JavaScript, or Go
- Ability to solve complex problems and think critically

Education & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related fields, or equivalent experience
- 3+ years experience in software development with a focus on blockchain technology
