We’re seeking a visionary AI Research Scientist to join our innovative AI Lab focused on creating groundbreaking intelligent algorithms and machine learning models.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct cutting-edge research in artificial intelligence, including deep learning, reinforcement learning, and general AI.
- Publish research findings in top AI journals and conferences.
- Collaborate with product teams to apply AI innovation into production-grade solutions.
- Mentor junior scientists and contribute to building an inclusive AI team environment.

Skills:
- Expert knowledge of deep learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Jax.
- Strong research track record demonstrated by high-quality publications, patents, or contributions to AI literature.
- Proficiency in Python programming.
- Solid experience developing and deploying machine learning models.
- Excellent analytical, algorithmic, and problem-solving abilities.

Education:
- Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related field.

Must Have Skills:
- Proven capabilities in deep neural networks, reinforcement learning, and computational modeling.
- Experience in publishing at prestigious AI conferences (NeurIPS, ICLR, AAAI, ICML, etc.).
- Excellent spoken and written communication skills in English.

Salary

$165,000 - $215,000 per year, depending on qualifications and research experience.
