Description

We are seeking a creative and experienced AI Research Scientist to join our cutting-edge artificial intelligence research team. You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary group of talented professionals and play a key role in advancing AI technologies. Responsibilities include:
- Designing, developing, and implementing innovative AI algorithms and solutions.
- Leading research initiatives in Machine Learning, Deep Learning, and Reinforcement Learning.
- Publishing and presenting research results at industry conferences and journals.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into existing products.

Must Have Skills:
- Proficiency in PyTorch, TensorFlow, or similar machine learning frameworks.
- Strong analytical skills combined with a deep understanding of AI methodologies.
- Expertise in programming languages such as Python and C++.
- Ph.D. or Master's Degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Applied Statistics, or related fields.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous publications in major AI conferences or journals (NeurIPS, AAAI, ICML, etc).
- Experience with neural networks and reinforcement learning.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaborative skills.

Salary

$140,000 - $185,000 annually, depending on experience and qualifications.
