Description

We are looking for a motivated Senior Backend Engineer with strong Python experience to join our innovative team. You will be involved in designing and building scalable backend solutions to support our growing infrastructure.

Responsibilities:
- Design and implement robust and scalable backend systems and APIs
- Collaborate with frontend developers to integrate user-facing elements with server-side logic
- Develop, maintain, and optimize databases and infrastructure
- Perform code reviews and contribute to team knowledge sharing
- Troubleshoot and resolve performance and other production issues

Skills:
- Advanced Python knowledge including popular frameworks like Django or Flask
- Experience with REST API development
- Familiarity with Docker and Kubernetes
- Proficient using relational and NoSQL databases (Postgres, MongoDB)
- Cloud platform experience (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
- Excellent problem-solving abilities
- Strong communication and teamwork skills

Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (preferred)

Must Have Skills:
- 5+ years of Python backend development experience
- Expertise in API design and microservices architecture
- Experience with containerization technologies

Salary

Salary depends on experience and skills. Positions typically range from $120K to $160K annually, plus performance bonuses and additional benefits.
