Description

We are seeking a highly motivated AI Research Scientist to join our innovative team working on cutting-edge AI projects. As an AI Research Scientist, you will play a key role in designing, developing, and deploying advanced algorithms and machine learning models.

Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and optimize AI and deep learning algorithms.
- Research and implement state-of-the-art techniques in machine learning, NLP, and computer vision.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions.
- Publish findings in respected academic journals and conferences.

Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong proficiency in programming languages—especially Python and frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, Keras.
- Demonstrable experience working with NLP, reinforcement learning, or computer vision.
- Solid understanding of model evaluation methods and metrics.
- Excellent analytical skills, creativity, and problem-solving abilities.

Education:
- Masters or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or related fields.

Must Have Skills:
- Proven experience conducting innovative AI research.
- Strong coding skills and familiarity with data science libraries.
- Experience collaborating remotely using digital collaboration tools.

Salary

$160,000 to $210,000 annually, commensurate with experience
