Our innovative AI lab is looking for an experienced AI Research Scientist to contribute to cutting-edge research and development initiatives. You will work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to advance machine learning models and artificial intelligence algorithms.

Responsibilities:
- Design, build, and optimize state-of-the-art AI models and algorithms.
- Perform research, experimentation, and testing to drive innovation and achieve significant results.
- Publish findings in top-tier international journals and conferences.
- Collaborate with product teams to transfer research findings into real-world applications.
- Stay updated with the latest AI technologies and industry developments.

Skills:
- Deep knowledge of machine learning, deep learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch).
- Expertise in Python, data structures, and algorithms.
- Proficient in computer vision, NLP or reinforcement learning techniques.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Education:
- PhD or Master's degree in Computer Science, AI, or related fields preferred.
